Upcoming Classes & Workshops

Lydia's classes aim to inspire and engage her students by creating a welcoming environment that fosters growth within each dancer. Drawing on her dance background of modern, ballet, partnering, and ballroom, Lydia's classes are both physically rigorous and fun, and she approaches each class with a sense of improvisation and play.

Lydia and her class are one of the best parts of my week!
